  Very disappointing. Was called the day I dropped my car off, that they were not able to do the job. An hour before picking the car up, they decided to complete the job, when I instructed them not to complete it. When I arrived I found poor attention to detail, smears on the exterior of the car, glove box and console not cleaned and the rims still had dirt all over them.
